One time my spouse and I were in a vegan eatery having lunch (this was about 2007-2008) and Fiona Apple came on the radio and I looked around and literally every woman was singing along. It was like I was in a movie or something, it was amazing.

I need to start saving though in case she finally goes on tour again - I am ready to go anywhere and pay whatever it takes!

I feel like every month there’s a new rumor about her going on tour or headlining a festival that of course never materialized, it’s killing me 😭

being a fiona fan is only less torturous when you're also a kate bush fan.

I saw Iron & Wine a few years ago. He wore a velvet blazer in July.

Fantastic. Had no idea they were with Sub Pop; seems to be a good label with Beach House, Orville Peck, Clipping., etc. I remember when She & Him were still a thing and I got e-mail newsletters (lol).

Adore Fiona Apple. Idler Wheel is a classic and Fetch the Bolt Cutters is still in my regular rotation 4 years later.
