I’ve seen all of these and I think The Last Repair Shop is the most deserving winner here. Unfortunately, most people are predicting The ABCs of Book Banning which was my least favorite (important topic, terrible execution)

yeah ia about abcs of book banning, it felt very “preaching to the choir” and/or book banning 101 to me, though those kids really impressed me

ABCs felt like a PowerPoint not a film. Last Repair Shop was the strongest to my eyes as well.

I have a soft spot for Nǎi Nai & Wài Pó though and wouldn’t be mad if it won.

Me too. I LOVED both of them so much. Better than the full length movies nominated.

The barber of little rock is also fantastic. Execution is okay, but the topic is on point.

Really interesting mix of shorts! I thought they were all pretty flawed to be honest, but they each had their moments where they really sung, so it's not hard to see why they've been nominated. The Last Repair Shop I think was the best overall, and those little glimpses into the different sorts of people a job like that (and music overall!) attracts was pretty special. I cried a lot!

I think I'd vote for Barber with Repair Shop as a close second.
