Granted I always did think she should've been oscar-baiting not that long afer doing Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind cause that would've been the opportune time. But I think a few years later she had checked-in into rehab for depression-related issues.

I won't even get into how she's an underrated style icon from her 20s onwards, girl wore a BEANIE to the Met gala and made it work! Wore Yohji on the red carpet for Spiderman 2! She dominated my moodboards in that era, it's mad how she's not getting her flowers for the fashion thing but I respect her even more for being open about how all these things that actors try to pass off as just incidental (social media follower counts, fashion contracts, why they sign on to a project) are about money for her. But she also doesn't seem to do just anything for the money, which I respect.

Crazy to me how Kiki hasn't Anne Hathaway-ed herself back onto the homepage of Vogue, if it was up to me she'd be on there every day (love Anne but she was never actually stylish in the 00s she's just getting Devil Wears Prada credit, while Kiki, well, WAS)

People complain about brand contracts causing actresses to have disastrous multiple years of red carpets, but honestly why wouldn't all of them do it if given the opportunity?

she's also said she keeps her instagram (which she hardly ever posts on) because studios look at follower count while casting, we love an honest queen
