Ngl, I enjoyed it a great deal, but I get what she's saying.

This clearly happens a lot! All of our faves have been in projects that are complete headscratchers, and it's not exclusive to superhero films.

Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson on Stargate: SG-1) was in this terrible TV movie called The Lost Treasure of the Grand Canyon, with Shannen Doherty. He said the script he saw & agreed to was very different than what was filmed. But he had signed on to the project and couldn't get out of it without a lot of issues, so he had no choice but to go on with it.
