Is she being serious? I always get confused when I hear about people being months behind on rent because after the 5th day of the month my complex would post that eviction notice so damn quickly lol

Right? Idk how people manage to do it, maybe they are renting from people in the acting industry or something. Otherwise I have no idea how they'd patiently wait around for rent to be deposited to them.

My rental company would throw me out so fast lmao

Right?!! I mean but maybe I’m wrong because apparently my neighbors hadn’t paid rent for a few months and just dipped. The notice was on the door and they seemed to just up and left all their shit. They listed the things they left on the notice 😂

I'd get offered options to pay in smaller amounts but that's social rent. Free market rent would run you the fuck out.

I’ve been a euphoria apologist a few times before but at this rate with time time and clarity…no lol

I do miss seeing Hunter Schaffer on my tv tho.

Same. But like, she had nothing to do in season 2 and basically was just a doormat for other people’s stories.

Please cancel this trainwreck and get her another gig. All the main actors are booked & busy, they already don't look like high schoolers and a time jump will just get annoying. Save us from Sam's writing!!!

Is she contractually tied to being open and ready for whenever the season starts filming, which at this point is somewhere between next week and 2050? If not, go book another gig or get a side job or else you're gonna be waiting for a loooong time. There is a reason a lot of non-A-list actors are also realtors or personal trainers these days.

It's so crazy to me that that's such a common clause. I'd laugh if a freelance client told me I wasn't allowed to take any other contracts but also wasn't giving me work

I know! And if she is locked into that clause, she needs to get her agent (or a lawyer) to get her out of it because it is clearly creating an undue burden on her and her career. You can't be expected to wait around for something to happen when there is reasonable doubt at this point that it ever will and there is no sign that production will start soon. I know being on a show for multiple seasons even as someone lower on the cast list pays better than day player gigs, but this is clearly not a good example of that.

But if that were true, wouldn't all the actors doing a million other projects be subject to the same rules? I mean Sydney Sweeney has done that comedy with that guy she may or may not have cheated with, she did Reality, etc.

Why is this woman held to a different contractual standard than Sydney and Zendaya?
