Despite not having as much screen time or as many lines as Babe or Slim, Lee is making a strong impression due to Calista’s great performance. Love that for her!

They're really outdoing themselves with the nepo baby casting this episode. I didn't realize that the girl playing his ex lover's daughter is Warren Beatty and Annette Benning's kid IRL. And the guy playing his new Palm Springs lover is Vito Schnabel; son of artist, director, and pajama enthusiast Julian.

I made sure to include the celeb kids tag! Ella was announced with the main cast before the season premiered so I was curious to see if she would be any good at acting and so far I’d say she is not great, which is made all the more obvious by the contrast between her awkward/stiff line readings/lack of range in her facial expressions and everyone else’s natural ease in playing these characters. I thought she wasn’t great last week but since she was barely in that episode, I decided to withhold judgment until I saw more of her. It’s not a big role but I wish they had cast someone more natural.
