Hopefully will catch up on all the Oscar shorts within the next weekend/week!

I finally saw Oppenheimer last weekend. It's capably made, but I didn't love it. [Spoiler (click to open)]Why include the scene of Emily Blunt saying "You don't get to do the sin and then have us all feel bad for you experiencing the consequences" but then DO THAT WITH THE MOVIE?? Also why was the score so aggressive? Now I only have two more BP nominees to see: The Holdovers and Past Lives. (Maestro doesn't count, you can't make me!!)
Why is Les Mis back in theaters? I can't figure out what the occasion is...

I saw Taste of Things with my friend. Maybe it's because it was the smallest theater, but it was packed! We were shocked that we ended up having to get front row seats because the theater was empty when we checked the night before. Anyways, I wish there was a longer cookbook because I'd love to epically fail at trying to make any of the dishes. It was a lovely movie.
Also watched JLo's movie which lol. I didn't hate it though, and I'm eager to watch the behind the scenes doc.
I'm thinking of watching Mami Wata now that it's on VOD.
Still have my last two Oscar nominated watches left. I don't feel the need to hurry since Perfect Days won't be playing at my local arthouse until March 1.

Is Lovely, Dark and Deep available on VOD too?
