How in the world is this news showing up on People? My friend knew about this news before I did and I'm the Oasis fan.
In any case, it's a win-win situation for Noel, if Liam tours with the Definitely Maybe album retrospect, Noel still gets royalties and he gets to keep touring with his own solo band without having to deal with Liam. I guess it paid well to have been the sole songwriter of the band and to have slaved all these hours in the studio back in the 90s and having to replace Liam onstage whenever he claimed to have a sore throat.
