I got the impression that they were manifesting that she would get her own talk show or co-hosting gig on a talk show. Hoda asked her if she was having fun doing the co-hosting and she said yeah, she'd love to do it all the time. Hoda said, "we manifest things here, so let's manifest it." I interpreted that to mean they hoped Rita would get some kind of talk show gig.
