I've seen this movie more than I'd like to, and the scene in question is SHORT. The nude shots are quick.

They could cut both shots out and lose about thirty seconds of film total. It's ridiculous.

JUST CUT THE DAMN SHOTS OUT. THEY WERE KIDS.

Truly. You lose nothing from the film by cutting the shots

i wonder if their defense has anything to do with cost involved in editing the film? Sounds like bullshit, just wondering why they are bothering to fight this and pay legal fees rather than just editing the shots.

It does seem crazy that they wouldn't just cut it. It's not like a long shot, they wouldn't even have to fix the dialogue because it happens so quickly.

Their resistance in fixing it just seems like they want to hold on to these underage tit and ass shots so bad.

I hope they win and I'm glad they have each other as support.

I watched this in HS English class. They tried to fast forward through the nude scenes.

Our 9th grade english teacher showed us this and didn't bother hiding that scene. Seriously dgaf.

Also reminds me of how Pretty Baby was on some list of movies we could watch for our film school class in HS, I don't think it was AFI but similar.

I watched it....at 15. That movie is so fucked up :(
