- There will be 800 less Paramount employees pretty soon across all divisions, including Pluto, Paramount+, MTV, Nickelodeon, etc.

- There has been talk about selling Paramount for awhile now, including ideas of a merger floated by Cinematic Criminal David Zaslav.
