Here are my dog owner tips!
1) Don’t get a puppy. Puppies are so much work. Adopt a dog that’s at least 3. The dog will already be trained & be over the puppy stage.
2) Don’t do something unless you are willing to do it in perpetuity. Rufus has always slept in bed. One night, I let him under the covers. Now this little jerk cries until I wake up and lift the covers. 😒

We taught our dogs how to use a little doggie doorbell when they had to go out which was very useful when they were puppies.

3 years later and it's a nightmare lol. Assholes.

A friend’s dog whines every night to go outside. He goes outside and starts barking. He gets a treat to be quiet. He does this every night. 🤣🤣

mine does this sometimes. i deal with it by putting her on a leash and walking outside with her when it gets past 11pm.
