Okay I might go see this. I know some people don't like the prequels but I have a soft spot for them. I really love Queen Amidala and want to see her outfits on the big screen

Also my brothers' and i used to quote this movie all the time when we younger.

The story and writing on this one was pretty good. At least compared to the other two. The directing and some of the sound editing and things were awful though. After this one though the love story between Anakin and Padme was dreadful and brought the movies down IMO.

25 years?!?!!? 😮😭 I'm so old.

My parents took us to see it. My dad hates dubbed movies so he decided we were old enough for a movie with subtitles. I was 9-10 and I was so proud I could follow the plot.
I still remember I wanted an Anakin or Amidala popcorn bucket but they were sold out so we got one with Watto. I had it for years.

This is the only one of the prequels I've seen. I tried to watch the others but just couldn't get through them.
