Emma sure as hell knew that other cars would trapped in their spots thanks to her illegal parking and she didn't GAF. I am convinced that this is the calculation all illegal parkers make and they are happy to walk away.

Parking, how easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and how many left turns I need to make without a signal. Ah and how bad traffic is usually for around the time I’m arriving and leaving.
