Jamie Lee Curtis is celebrating 25 years of sobriety. She previously talked about having an addiction to Vicodin that started when she was given them as a painkiller after having plastic surgery around her eyes because a cameraman had said they looked too puffy.

i will always support peoples’ sobriety!! one month from today marks 4 years since i quit drinking (3/7/20 LOL DID NOT KNOW WE WERE ABOUT TO GO INTO LOCKDOWN) and it’s the hardest and the best decision i’ve ever made

Good for her! Certainly not a JLC fan, but as someone who has been struggling with addiction for 15ish years, she is definitely an inspiration on this specific topic. 25 years is a LONG time and a great success story.

Good for her! I can also appreciate how hard it probably was for her to play Carm's mom on The Bear for many reasons.

Good for her and I'm also so proud of any of you that are sober too! I grew up around a lot alcoholics that got sober and I know it's hard work. You're all so strong and brave! <3
