Good for them for taking action, I hope the person who came forward is being properly supported through this process.

What I find baffling is the vague way they communicated this. With the reactions I've seen everyones first reaction to 'inappropriate behavior' is to assume sexual harassment or something worse in that vein. Bild (a german daily mail equivalent and to be taken with a grain of salt) said that this was supposedly about him sending pictures. The AP says this is about his 'aggressive management style', which suggests that he is a pest to work for but not like he is a sexual predator.

Technically they are not supposed to give out any details regarding the investigation and I don’t think RB’s statement mentions inappropriate behavior.

But I agree with you that there’s too much conflicting info. To me, inappropriate behavior means sexual harassment as well.

Seriously this predatory shit also ruined launches for poor bb Albon and VB & Zhou the model
Don’t even get me started on the perfect timing of Carlos launching his karting business now that everyone feels sorry for him and then this vile creature traumatising a poor woman (btw how brave was she to speak up against him) and a nice day in the F1 community after the drama of recent days

Every aspect of Christian's personality is smarmy and self important. He's the text book guy that thinks he can do whatever he wants and can get away with it. I hope if something bad did happen, that the book is thrown at him. I have little faith it will be but...I have slightly more faith knowing that it's Red Bull doing the investigation and NOT Red Bull Racing.

I mean Christian Horner has always given me the ick. I would not be surprised if he thought his position would be enough to protect him.

I hope that the person who reported him is ok and being supported. Reporting a figure of his level takes a lot of bravery. It’s giving me anxiety just thinking about it. I’ve mentioned in the past, I reported a VP for sexual harassment and the whole thing was a nightmare. The process is invasive and nerve wracking. It worked out for me, but not many women have that luck. I really wish her all the best because this will be a particularly tough case due to his power and popularity.
