i was just reading the business insider press release about this and there was an interesting part that mentioned that the deal means that any artist that meg signs to her independent label would also get access to the same resources from Warner

Additionally, Megan has full creative control of her music releases along with the option to bring artists that are signed to her imprint into the WMG ecosystem.
