didn't realize it started tonight! And two episodes? Lemme set my DVR for the re-showings and come back to this post tomorrow after work when I've watched them.

watching it right now and it's dishy and bitchy and rich. i like diane and chloe the best so far. what's interesting is that this feels like the last era of "universal" taste. all these women with unquestionable taste and style, the fashion houses, the places they spend their time and money. after this ideas of what was aspirational seems to be way more fractured.

No Oona? I've read about her and Beigbeder's Oona & Salinger book. Weird union. Freud would be happy.

I won't see this until it's up on Hulu later, but Ann Woodward deserved so much better in life.

I genuinely think that sge thought her husband was a burglar especially bc the creepy actual burglar and pervert admitted to squatting in their fucking house and spying on her when she was nude and changing for days.

He was a German national who was terrorizing the whole neighborhood, literally he said he thought he had been shot when she fired the gun bc he was so close to Ann and Bill in literal proximity.

He admitted to being in the house when she shot her husband. Her whole life was full of pain and both her kids died from suicide too. So tragic.

Also i love that Jessica Lange is in this, even if just for like 3 minutes.
