In all honesty, I don't think this game will last, but I'm going to enjoy it while I can. It's fun for what it is despite the constant crashes and Pal AI being wonky.

Also, Pals aren't the only thing you can catch. You can catch humans with the Pal balls too. I captured a couple of the evil Poachers and put them to work in my base.

Reading about this game is genuinely quite disturbing, and I question why anyone would enjoy it. Pathetic Pokémon rip-off made by people who lack creativity (hence them being AI-bros) and are thriving off the shock factor of there being slavery, and slaughter of ‘Pals’ in-game.

Gamefreak need to really overhaul the effort they put into Pokémon games but that doesn’t make Palworld good, nor does it make the blatant theft of Pokémon designs okay to do.

I honestly think the number of people who’ve bought it are inflated in some way, this all feels very bizarre and just… something’s off.

hate to break it to you but almost all survival games have a slave and slaughter element to it :/

The appeal of this game is ‘Pokémon but you can kill them’, to me this is different to a game like The Long Dark or Sons of the Forest or whatever other games like that.

I'm thinking more of games like Conan and Ark not the long dark or the forest/sons of the forest.

even as a casual pokemon fan, it's hard not to see the pokemon that have been frankensteined together in the pals.
