Not a TV show for me but watching drag queens performing got me through a pretty rough period after my dad died. Every time I watch a live drag show there’s at least one moment where I’ll get a bit emotional, drag is one of my favorite art forms to experience as an audience. Art, in general, is very healing for me ❤️

That’s not where I got “arrogant” from tho it was the interview where he talked about being unhappy when shooting The Office bc he thought he should be a movie star or something. It just came across like an ego trip.

I re-watched "The Good Place"'s final episode for the second time around the time my uncle died of Covid very unexpectedly, and while crying for almost the whole episode, the wave quote had a strangely calming effect on me

i remember watching this finale and finding it so heartwarming. and immediately after that, i watched the last few episodes of bojack horseman. really should have watched those in the opposite order!

I still haven’t seen the last 5 or so episodes because I read how it ends and it brings me dread. But, I love so much that it helped you with your loss.

This is why people should just let people enjoy stuff. Last year when I was feeling low watching Gilmore Girls gave me a lot of comfort. Life is so rough these days, the small comforts can make a massive difference.

Schitts Creek is such a comfort show to me, when I need a TV hug I put that on and it’s always soothing and can make you laugh & cry
