He needs to get out of the edgy "You're offended, right???" phase of his career. Artists need to evolve and bring something new to the table if they want to last long. Just make good music and stop relying on rage bait.

I still stand by the idea that a Black gay man will have a different view of white western christianity than white westerners so the idea itself isn't a problem or tired for me....but the song was boring.

I do miss stuff like Holiday or Rodeo that just existed separately with no overarching plot.
