I got scared off eating snow ever since the '90s, when I first learnt about acid rain in school.

My grandfather eats snow cream and was an international expert on stopping acid rain so i feel a bit better, and i live next to a national park with no pollution so i feel a bit better about it. Acid rain isn't as much a problem now in most parts of the US at least because of the EPA and mandatory prevention measures for power plants so support candidates that support a strong EPA!

Same, I'll maybe catch a few flakes on my tongue but they definitely taste kind of weird so I'm not looking to eat a bunch of it. I looked it up and soft fallen snow is technically safe but it can get like fertilizers and insecticides, etc. in it if there's wind or plowing, gross!
