Since IU announced her upcoming world tour, I've been listening to a lot of IU this week, trying to decide if I'm going to try for tickets or not. Maybe I'll wait until after the setlist for the concert is revealed at the first concert to decide?

Blueming has been stuck in my head today.

I finally listened to Drake's most recent album and he should seriously consider retiring.
He's not made good music since More Life (okay 2nd half of Honestly Nevermind is p good).

I'm seeing Noname in 2 weeks and I CANNOT wait!

I'm listening to Kate Bush's Hounds of Love record that I picked up last week. It's on a beautiful lavender vinyl and sounds fantastic.

We got to meet Sleater-Kinney this week and get the new record signed by them. Corin and Carrie were absolutely sweethearts. We heard Little Rope in its entirety while standing in line. I'm going to put that on the turntable next. Hope to get tickets to see them here in Seattle.

Other than that, I've been listening to playlists in the Music Leagues I'm in and judging people for their picks. 😂

That Hounds of Love record sounds swoon worthy.

It's been a LONNNNNG time since I listened to the album in full.
The B-side is so underrated.

"The 9th Wave" is Kate's best work. The A-side songs are good, but that suite is absolutely brilliant, and it gives me something new everytime I listen to it. "Jig of Life" makes me want to live with such a fury it's hard to describe.
