I think looking like a harmless twig plays a huge part. People can project on him that he’s the kind of vulnerable, sweet guy who’s all about feelings instead of fucking, and that’s pretty in line with how sexless this generation is. Also, my friend, a 35 year old man who thinks Timmy is hot, says he likes him bc he doesn’t seem like the kind of dude who could ever hurt him physically (he escaped an abusive relationship last year). Not getting into the amount of unpacking we did that day, but that made me understand a little bit why, however strangely and not quite realistically, people, (especially women) like this dude.
