lmao Sister friend is not wrong. Everything after Interstellar has been a dud. I too will never get back the hours I spent on his last three movies. And don't even get me started on the portrayal of women in his films 🙄

After Interstellar, I've only seen Oppenheimer, which was fine, but I have zero interest in seeing Tenet and the Harry Styles one, lol

I can’t hate Tenet because I simply didn’t understand shit, like literally. We watched it at the cinema and my bf and I were both like WHAT ARE THEY SAYING. I couldn’t understand shit from the dialogue. I promised myself to never ever watch one of his movies at the cinema ever again. I need subtitles

ive said this before but it was at the point of me having to draw the plot on a napking at mcdonalds to my friend after we watched it that i knew this movie wasnt gonna vibe with the general public. she did not give a single fuck and she was right. he made it for me and me alone, someone who gets off on a palindrome in film format. also rob was beautiful in it. i love it and i dont apologize. he really peaked with memento tho.

Nolan's worst for me is TDKR. What a shitty way to end that trilogy.

Tenet is a close second. The effects were cool, but I had no idea what the fuck was going on.

Man, I really hated TDKR. Tenet was a complicated mess (and I usually love that shit) but at least the effects and a few other things were better. I guess I expected better after TDK and was super disappointed.

Sounds like a good way to motivate someone to work harder, but if you can make news with a report that someone didn't like your work, imagine not being famous and being use to this and forever grateful when someone does praise your work. I can't.
