I understand being frustrated or angry with a neighbour, but DAMN. I'm not going to prison for something like this. Although asking for mediation or police help doesn't always fix the issue.

I've been watching something similar, "Fear Thy Neighbor," and law enforcement really don't do a damn thing to prevent or desculate the situation.
