What does her being a 9-day employee have to do with anything? She literally could’ve been there for half an hour and he could’ve done that to her.

unrelated but i find it intentional that unattractive male celebs love to wear sunglasses in (indoor) interviews.

Plus he totally sounds like he's drunk or on something

nine days, 13 years ago, blah blah. it probably only took him a few minutes to assault her. Nothing about the timeline makes such an assault implausible.

"This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly nine-day employee"

This phrasing is absolutely disgusting. The timeline part, the "nine-day" thing, like why does it matter? Whether she was a one-day employee or a five-year employee, what exactly is it supposed to prove?

Right? And like men need more than a 9 day trial period to decide whether they want to be inappropriate or harass someone or not 🙄
Tell that to all the women who get raped in an alley by a stranger, or who go to a party or club and have their drink spiked by someone they hadnt even interacted with.

I think by bringing up the 9-day thing he's trying to be like "I didn't even know her!! She was barely around!!" as if it takes that long to assault someone. But when you think about it, it actually makes sense she would quit after 9 days if y'know, she was being sexually assaulted at work!

Even if she hadn't fully processed what happened, I think it's more than plausible that she had the instinct to flee from him/that work environment.
