Question for more knowledgeable ONTDers - why is the dialogue in those Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas films often so stilted? When each actor delivers their lines, there's a noticeable pause before the other (often the love interest) responds. Does anyone know why? Just feels out of step from other films.
