Honestly? I like that he also has a history with addiction. Sometimes relationships like that implode, but other times you find a teammate who understands what you're going through to get through the bad stretches together. Is this the longest she's been sober?

The number one sign to me that Wilmer was a creep was how he stayed with Demi through all of her ups and downs with drugs and alcohol. That's not being a "supportive partner," that's taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable position.
