I think sometimes, yes. But cancer can also progress really fast.

From what I understand, it depends on the cancer… and what your doctor is testing you for. Not all blood work is targeted towards a cancer diagnosis. Her type of cancer is also pretty rare, so it’s unsurprising that it was caught so late. It’s just really fucking unfair.

My dad had perfect bloodwork when he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung/esophageal cancer. It took an endoscopy to find it
