Actors Constance Wu and Corbin Bleu join Morning Joe to discuss the off-Broadway performance of 'Little Shop of Horrors,' which is showing at the Westside Theatre in New York City. They will be their giving their final performance on January 28, 2024

I didn’t know she could sing! She’s a nice fit for Audrey, especially in costume. Her styling reminds me of old photos of my grandma from that era.

I watched the movie for the first time recently and really enjoyed it! I was always associated it with Sweeney Todd in my head bc musical + plot but was not expecting the plant lol

Only semi-related, so I apologize: One year in high school our marching band program was Little Shop of Horrors. My favorite program from the years I did marching band.

Of course the climax of the show was forming Audrey II.

I felt horrible for her when that today show clip of her singing during the show promo was being circulated around because it's so fucking early in the morning and she probably wasn't warmed up as much as she is used to. Singing that early sucks ass as a performer and the conditions are never ideal no matter how skilled you are.
