Edit: though to be fair, androids can have the volume buttons on either side, so when I'd switched brands the last time, I had the problem with hitting the wrong buttons, too, for a short while.

Same, I just switched to an iPhone after having Androids all my life and I kept hitting the power button instead of the volume while taking photos because they’re on the other side
