The wedding band is too thin compared to the band of the engagement ring, IMO.

Also, I just find diamonds over a carat-ish to look too big. Sorry not sorry. I like an ~understated engagement ring.

Same. I was thinking a Sapphire for years. Then recently I've been considering an Alexandrite, which is my birthstone.

That´s a big one and a whole lot of sparkle! Kinda doesn´t surprise me that this is what he would choose for his wife. He seems to be the type to attach a lot of value to people noticing how expensive it must be and expensive means sparkle and size to a simpleton.
