He seems to have roommates at least. I was expecting something more ostentatious based on the description.

Like yeah he’s very privileged and lucky to have rich parents but having an apartment he shouldn’t be able to afford is not really a nepo baby thing, that’s a rich kid thing. If he suddenly had a successful music career that’s another story. 😬

I wouldn't be surprised if his roommates are just his friends who don't have to pay rent. For a kid that young and rich, he may not want to live alone.

But yea overall agree. This is just a rich kid issue not nepotism. For some of these interviews, they start off by saying what they do for a living. At least he wasn't implying he was affording the place as a professional musician or something.

I assume rich people are friends with rich people so they’re probably other rich kids themselves lol

Apparently he goes to NYU so that would track, seems like a rich kid school.

I like the spiral staircase. I can still remember when Reese was pregnant with him.

I saw this video earlier today, so his place isn’t that bad:

Rich people have the worst fucking taste, this is hideous. I hope he gets robbed and the store is all out of ugly furniture when he goes to replace it

And why would you want to have to walk across a massive bedroom to get between your separate pants and tops wardrobes?

I can't decide if he looks more like Reese or Ryan...

Ava is the same, they both look like both their parents a lot and equally? It's crazy

I think it's because Reese and Ryan look a lot alike themselves maybe?

I was actually relieved to not find the apartment as extravagant as I was expecting by the article headline, especially since he shares with roommates.

Would love to know if they pay rent or he just likes having his friends around to have fun with. Being a nepo baby's friend and living rent free in the W. Village would be pretty sweet. I don't see how they could afford their share of that place unless they're spoiled rich kids too.

idk the sight reminded me of those of my somewhat rich friends who eg. inherited pretty cool apartments but that's it. their parents are like, an apartment is big enough of a help, you sort out the rest. so they have roommates to cover the taxes/bills/food expenses while they're studying and have no other income.
i obviously had no clue who this guy was before the video, it's just the sight of these guys were too similar to the sight of those friends at their places.
