NVDA is free and good if you use Chrome
JAWS is pricey but if you are visually impaired and in the USA then I think there are programs that can give it to you for free.
can also be used with Chrome/Firefox/Edge

I HATE VOICEOVER (this is the screen reader for MAC users) its just not designed well. Apple products usually have this built in including iPhones. but again I am not a fan.

I have no familiarity with Android's version which is called talkback.
