I'll probably 🏴‍☠️ this because I can but these packs always kinda make me chuckle because usually it's stuff people have already modded. Like there are some amazing foods mods out there & traits. A whole health system where your sim can get seasonal allergies lol. But I know that's useless to console players so packs like this fill the gap. But they should be half the price either way.

there’s even a fully fleshed out rental and real estate mod where you can buy and sell properties and go through bidding wars and negotiation battles and get a mortgage and rent your extra properties out.

I'm super excited. I probably won't use the being a landlord feature often but living in a multifamily home has been on my wish-list for a while. Also excited for pool parties and hopscotch. And Finally having a new city world.

I’m even happier that the kids activities, our group activities. So many times they gave us activities that are Sims do on their own or at the same time as another same but not together. So I’m really excited about the hopscotch and marbles.

I’m worried that pool parties won’t be an actual event, but will be a pop-up event that happens while we’re on a multi unit lots. But I’m hoping I’m wrong.

Yeah! I agree. It’s so nice to have kid group activities and give more opportunities for kids to make friends.

Oh yeah! I hope that’s not the case either. I just want them to be an event 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
