I fell into a found footage rabbit hole this past weekend and throughout Halloween and ended up watching Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, Grave Encounters, Hell House LLC, and Butterfly Kisses. They were all very solid and entertaining. Even though Halloween's behind us, I'm still going to check out the other movies I got recommended.

I also watched Tourist Trap and Burnt Offerings. I want to do a tour of the mansion from the latter lol.

Curious about Nyad because the reviews have been just so middling to negative. Though really I'm curious about the cinematography complaints considering the Claudio Miranda of it all.

seeing priscilla and the marsh king's daughter lol tonight. trying to find time for anatomy of a fall and the persian version this weekend but i will probably just wait until next week since i took off work. still have a bunch of docs to watch and i think nyad is on netflix this weekend so that too.
