Yes. It was around the time she told Elvis she was leaving him. He “forcefully” made love to her. I think she didn’t like how brutally it was depicted in previous films, so she’s since tried to clean it up but yeah…

"Tell him no" - Priscilla is the trustee of his sub-trust. I'm not sure what you mean here. Maybe Riley eventually will be successor? It's a little unclear from the reporting, but I'm wondering if as part of the settlement his share will never be distributed outright to him.

I mean tell him no in general whether it be about money or "hey, stop slandering my mom." Riley seems to be the peacemaker and the fixer but eventually even the peacemaker reaches their limit.
