It's what Grimes' last album should have been like!!

It's got this real throbbing grimy underground techno club to it with some weird experimental sounds incorporated. I really hope she brings her tour to Australia, my bf is fucking dying to see her

I'm OBSESSED with Zig! She created a pop album with weird experimental sounds and some nu-metal thrown in. I can't get enough of it.

oh if metal adjacent but pop-sensibility is your thing, check out Dayseeker and Bad Omens, two bands I became totally obsessed with after discovering them about 6 months ago. The former's most recent album is like...m83-core lol, and if you're on tiktok you've probably heard Just Pretend from the latter but the whole album is incredible. Both headed by extremely talented songwriters/vocalists
