I just dropped $70 on the Alan Wake II Deluxe Edition so I am going to be holed up in my office, but nothing is playing nearby that I want to see / haven't seen already (the big new movie here this week is After Death, ugh). Next week I have to go on a business trip ugh again.

Ooo, I wish I could play Alan Wake 2. I'm also staring wistfully at Spidey 2.

Alan Wake 2 is so graphics card intensive that my gaming laptop will barely be able to play it so i have to drop $20 more for geforce now while I'm out of town starting Sunday lol. It better be worth it.

AFI Fest began yesterday. We saw Fingernails, which was not good. Today, I’ve got Cobweb, Evil Does Not Exist and Pictures of Ghosts, and I’m hoping those are better.

Skipped a screening of The Holdovers earlier this week because I had zero focus, but I’d like to get to that and Priscilla soon.

I went to a screening of Back to the Future last night, so much fun!

What you should know: Carey Mulligan was initially cast in the part played by Jessie Buckley.

What an upgrade. As a sci-fi girlie, I'll have to check this one out.
