welp. he has shown repeatedly since the hp franchise that he's simply a wonderful person and that's nice to see.

This is so heartbreaking. He probably thought it was a dream come true when he first landed the job and then was able to continue throughout all the films, only for something so tragic to occur. I hope in future, CGI can ensure that no one has to do the really dangerous stunts (maybe we’re already there, idk).
Good on Daniel for doing this.

I cannot imagine how heartbreaking it must be to be a gymnast, a stunt double, and then have all your ability stripped from you in a stupid accident.

I am glad that David had the support and love he needed and continues to get it. I'm glad Daniel is a good human who supports his friend.

I hope this focusses on stunt double safety and studios taking care of their non principal cast members.

I'm really glad they have remained close. Truly.

I don't want to watch how someone overcame a life altering injury and kept on going and now inspires others with his existence

During the pandemic in 2020, the two joined forces to launch the “Cunning Stunts” podcast in which they shined a greater light on stunt performers across Hollywood.

ooooh imma go look at that, stunt performers are way underappreciated, they are literally putting their bodies on the line and getting no credit.

good on Dan for shining a light on this
