i've been a die hard green day fan since i was 15. i'm so stoked for this. i saw someone post that they've given up on being a fan because the band has gotten too political..

I don't understand people who say this about them, because even pre-American Idiot, they were VERY vocal about their politics and what kind of fans they didn't want.

Yeah, anything after American Idiot is not my jam at all, but I still have a big soft spot for them because their 90s output was my life.

saw them live for the first time last year and probably the best show i've ever been to. They are SO good live even non fans were living for it

What a weak attempt at relevancy. Thanks for the all white video but, no thanks. Why not make the whole point? Yeah, women and a large guy are shown taking bullets, but we can all see the glaring lack of race in this video, even as dark as they've made it. Maybe making it black and white is supposed to be the tell? Maybe I missed some folks? Maybe I should watch it again? If I bother, I'll turn off the sound. Sorry to the fans, but they've always been poseurs.

The song is pretty meh, but the b-side it came with is better than most of what they've put out in the last 15 years.
