I love this concept so much, I work with a shocking number of people that are like Magikarp at my job. Just endless splashing around, making zero progress on our projects, until they eventually flail right before a deadline and make a minor impact on our workload. I keep hoping they'll suddenly evolve into being gyrados style contributors but sadly they are all at least 40 levels away from that.
