Thinking about this show after it was over.... the thing I realized I actually liked about it, like most men, was its potential. It just couldn't quite get there. Like, the idea behind it I liked but something just fell apart in the process of putting it together and tbh this seems like it could have played a big part in that.

the show was dumb. Is was basically an opening sequence dragged out over 6(?) episodes. It suffered the typical Marvel Show issue of not going anywhere for the first 4 episodes and then they try to have a climax for 2 episodes and it is just not working

While I agree with everything you said, the show also served as Sam's acceptance of the shield, him maturing and taking on the role of Captain America. Better for this to happen in a 200m, 6 ep show, than just off screen.

It felt like something was missing from the writing of this show.
I love the Bucky-Sam team up but the villains were SO poorly thought out. The pacing was bad too. I was so excited about it and it had great moments but 😭
