I came in here to say this! A TBI is not the same as autism but someone with a really bad TBI (like Kanye probably suffered) wouldn't know that and probably thinks that suddenly declaring himself autistic is why he's the "genius" that he is.
But in reality, he's a fucking offensive mess.
