he was clearly embarrassed about the Jada infidelity story that had just come out. Will was clearly going through stuff at the time, there were all those posts with stories from his biography too.

IDK people like to portray the slap like a white knight thing and I just see it differently. If I was estranged from my husband and being embarrassed in public, the last thing I'd want him to do is draw more attention to it (and all anyone was talking about afterwards was her alopecia). And Jada has said she didn't want him to slap Chris.

If Jada had gone up there and slapped Chris herself I would've fully supported it and cheered her on, but this was just an ego thing for Will.
