It's heartening to see more open conversations about mental health and therapy in general.

Something I don't think is talked about enough: shopping for a therapist with who you're compatible can be an arduous experience. The process of trying various medications to find the correct one(s) is a similar challenge, and both become more taxing when you lack self-love. Don't give up!

Mte, also idk why it feels weird to reject a therapist after a first appointment... it shouldn't, they're being paid!

Cool, mental health is important... just not Meghan Markle's.

Mental health is super important, except when your sister-in-law is suicidal and then you throw her under the bus to distract from your own bullshit. 🥰

Mental health is our top priority, except when can use the savage British tabloids to bully a biracial American and protect our pedophile uncle!

William is a 2-faced bully and has no right to speak about mental health. Multiple reporters have confirmed that he is the one who planted all the negative stories about Meghan in the British papers and he led the campaign to bully her out of the family.

I have an intake session with a new therapist who works for a practice focusing on inclusivity and specializing in autism and trauma. I'm hoping for the best as I want to get help and live my life. PTSD trauma is a bitch, and being an SA victim on top of that makes it more challenging.

Take care ONTD and if you're struggling, hurting, angry, or whatever emotions, matter, you matter, and I hope you find healing on whatever journey you choose.

We need more therapists. Education for it should be subsidized.

Therapy changed my life! My therapist specializes in trauma recovery and it feels like kismet that we happened to be assigned each other by her practice.

Even just having a professional say “you have PTSD, what you endured was abuse” is so cathartic and validating. We’ve been seeing each other 2 years and some change.
