Of course she's picking up her organic produce (that someone else takes care off).

When I first bought my little piece of land I wanted a very organized kitchen garden like hers, but later I chose to apply the food forest method, because is more healthy for the soil and it produces more food. A lot of the things I grow are kinda unorganized and I don't kill weed or anything. I just let things grow wherever they like. This year for the first time I got mushrooms and next month I have to plant my beans, because last summer they produced so much. Last year I tried with strawberries but they died. Hopefully this year it works out.

Ooh what kind of mushrooms?

I have a sort of mix of raised beds and food forest garden although in my climate it has to be more like an “edge of the forest” type of thing.

Grey Oyster mushroom. They grew from a straw I inoculated and put under a tree. I tried with pink oyster mushroom before but it never worked.
I have a lot of wood lying arround so I might inoculate some logs too. Maybe try shitake.

I also have a local mushroom called digueñes that grows in trees. This is not my doing though. They just appeared.

I want to make a tiny greenhouse so I can have tomatoes in the future and I think for that I'll definitely need some raised beds.

Is this a thing? I was wondering why her hair looked so fried in the screencap. I don't understand how you can be that rich and have that much free time and still have such unhealthy looking hair.

She was also in her 20s when this filmed
