Damn it, I just realized that I didn't include KT in the poll and I can't edit it. Sorry to anyone who wanted to vote for KT!

I chose Tobert, but I’m thinking he didn’t exactly push him, but more like Ben might’ve tripped or something accidental and Tobert let him fall and didn’t help, like how he watched the elephant struggle.

After seeing how sad and desperate Ben seemed on opening night, I wouldn't be surprised if Ben went to the party hoping to make up with everyone and then jumped down the elevator shaft.

That could be it, too, and maybe Tobert witnessed it. Maybe someone else, but I’m going with Tobert bc of his story and him being the documentarian.

While I will admit that my knowledge of fashion history isn't great, as soon as Charles lifted that strapless sweetheart neckline dress out of the box and said that it belonged to Joy's mom, I thought really? That doesn't seem like a wedding dress that would have been worn in the 30s/40s. When Mabel showed up in the dress later, it confirmed my belief that this was not a dress from that time period and made me think that Joy was lying about the dress.

Then I got even more suspicious when he said that Joy's dad had planned to walk her down the aisle holding her childhood dog. I don't know how old Joy is supposed to be, but both Andrea and Steve were born in the 1940s and are now in their 70s. That's gotta be one really old dog.

That five seconds of exposition from Charles made me start suspecting that Joy was up to no good. Maybe she killed Ben because she overheard him say something negative about Charles (like he wanted Charles fired from the show?).

IMO, I thought it was just supposed to highlight Charles’ heartbreak again(remind us so they can reconcile in the last ep even though Joy’s been absent) and the details were part of theOTT ~wackiness that became Joy this season.

I haven't watched ep 9 yet (just started) but the scene in front of the bathroom mirror with Donna and Loretta made me think it's Donna that did it.

I think it might be Donna or her son, but i also don't think they did it twice, because it's too obvious, so i don't know.
I was really sad to learn Ben's last 24 hours, he wasn't a good person, but he didn't deserve to die and his little whore club was the cutest <3
Also i didn't care for the first scene, it took me out of the show. I didn't like it on friends, nor did i found it funny here. It's so off-putting.
And what's with Selena's posture? I admit i also struggle with it, but in some shots it looks like she's trying to connect her shoulders to her ears.

also it was maybe the best episode of the season, i was entertained throughout the episode, there was a progression in their investigation and the trio finally worked together as a team
though Paul Rudd and 5 whores were definite highlight for me
