I've been kinda "meh" on the latest season :/ I think I missed the last 2 episodes. It's just... the premise of the show is something that you can only sustain for so long... and it's a rather short period of time.

Same. I've been meh since season 2. I was obsessed when I watched season 1 (after it aired) and kept rewatching it over and over. I think it's sophomore slump killed it for me.

I definitely can't see it going for 10 seasons.

The first season was PERFECT, and now I see why season 2 is a mess - the show got the axe (a secret heads-up from HBO that bc of low viewership, they are canceling) very early in filming season 2, so I think they rewrote this mess that is season 2 rapidly (and that heinous ending montage! Worst end to a show EVER! AND they had the Lakers lose to the Celtics, like what mess of a finale is this?) because they knew they had to fit a lot in.

Season 1 was perfect. I mean, Sally fucking Field was in it! HBO did nothing to promote this gem of a show.

The intro alone is 👩‍🍳💋🤌🏻🔥 fucking perfect. And they changed it for season 2, and it's still amazing.
